on page refresh. All you need to do is place some code on your page or
get an RSS feed from our site. You don't need to know html or be a programmer
to use out free feeds. If you can copy and paste you will be on your way

What is RSS?
Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an XML-based format for content distribution
that includes headlines, summaries and links. RSS-aware programs called
news aggregators, also known as news readers or RSS readers, enable you
to get the latest headlines, in RSS format, delivered straight to your
desktop.
Why use RSS feeds and readers?
As a player in the industry, you need information fast and effective.
RSS and news readers bring you the “what’s new” headlines,
descriptions and links for all your favorite RSS-friendly websites directly
to your desktop. News readers are set to check for new content periodically
(usually every hour) so you can peruse the latest information, decide

Full Sized Article Feed
The Full Sized version provides a title and a full paragraph or two
of introductory information about the article, all encased within a nice
variety of color backgrounds of your choosing. The font and colors are
completely customizable. Choose to view one or two articles in a row at
a time (per instance of code being used). See our example article feed
below. Customize it to look great on your website using your own font
colors and background colors. Then click on the "Get Javascript"
button. You can also click the link to preview your feed. If you
are satisfied with your feed, just then copy and paste the code into your
website. It's so easy even a caveman can do it! Ok, we stole that line!
Condensed Article Feed
The Condensed version provides a bold article header, and a short paragraph
about the article. Up to 10 can be viewed at a time, one or two per row.
Fonts and colors used are completely customizable. See our example article
feed below. Customize it to look great on your website! Then click on
the "Get Javascript" button. Click the link to preview
your feed. If you are satisfied with your feed, just then copy and paste
the code into your website.
Short Article Feed
The Condensed version provides a bold article title linked to the full
article. Up to 10 article titles can be viewed at a time, one or two per
row. Fonts and colors used are completely customizable. See our example
